OK. I officially give up on saying that "I'm going to update the web site real soon now," because every time I do that I end up with no time to update the site. So I'm just going to stop kidding around here and put up stuff when I get a chance. :)

As a matter of fact, though, I really haven't done much lately. I'm waiting on some supplies to arrive, so I've kind of been just puttering around a little. Mostly worrying about work and other assorted stuff. My birthday was January 8th, and we threw a little party at our house so there were a couple days of cleanup. (Matter of fact, I think I still need to mop a spot on the living room floor where someone spilled a pop.) I'm doing a little bartering, which is pretty cool. ~Carla~ is trading me some finished bars of soap (which I'm eager to see and try -- I love looking at other people's soaps, so many good ideas!!) for some hempseed oil, almond oil, and cocoa butter, and Kathy in BC is trading me some nice silver tins for monoi oil and hempseed oil. I'm going to have to get some more hempseed oil sooner or later. :)

I just got off the phone with UPS... my packages are ready to be delivered but I'm never home to receive them, so I'm going to have to drive out to the suburbs tomorrow after work to the UPS depot to pick them up. Joy! I will finally have some goodies. Here's what I ordered:

From MMS:
Actually, I don't remember everything I ordered. LOL I ordered a selection of like 3 10-packs of different bottles. I think I also got some lotion bar containers. Got 5 lbs. of citric acid so I should never ever run out. :)

From Starrville Soap Works:
30 lbs. Palm Oil. (I've never used palm oil yet, but so many recipes I see call for it, so.. here I go. :) Also 1 lb of Monoi Oil in their "Tiare de Tahiti" fragrance. 10 lbs. of M&P soap, and some tints for the M&P.
